Key Responsibilities:
Technology Leadership and Vision:
Define and execute the company’s technical strategy focused on mechanical systems innovation and development.
Lead and mentor engineering, R&D, and technical teams to foster creativity, collaboration, and technical excellence.
Ensure the adoption of emerging technologies and best practices that enhance product performance and business growth.
Product and Systems Development:
Oversee the design, development, and integration of advanced mechanical systems and components.
Collaborate with product management, manufacturing, and quality assurance to drive product lifecycle management and innovation.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and safety protocols.
Operational Management:
Manage technical budgets, resource planning, and project prioritization to maximize efficiency and impact.
Establish and maintain engineering processes, tools, and metrics for continuous improvement.
Lead risk management and problem-solving efforts related to technical challenges.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with executive leadership to align technology initiatives with business objectives.
Partner with sales, marketing, and customer support teams to understand market needs and translate them into technical solutions.

Qualifications and Skills:
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Systems Engineering, or a related technical field. A PhD is preferred.
Experience:
15+ years of progressive experience in engineering and technology leadership roles, with a focus on mechanical systems.
Proven track record of leading large technical teams and managing complex engineering projects.
Deep expertise in mechanical system design, materials, manufacturing processes, and systems integration.
Experience in strategic planning, innovation management, and technology commercialization.
