The COO β Fabrication Divisions is responsible for the overall operational strategy, execution, and performance of all fabrication units across the organization. The role includes oversight of engineering, production, quality, safety, supply chain, and project delivery functions to ensure the company meets its business objectives, client expectations, and operational excellence goals.
Provide executive leadership to all fabrication facilities, ensuring high efficiency, cost control, and quality.
Oversee day-to-day operations including production planning, plant performance, and resource management.
Lead cross-functional coordination among Engineering, Procurement, QA/QC, EHS, and Projects departments.
Develop and implement business strategies to expand capacity, improve margins, and penetrate new markets.
Drive digital transformation, automation, and Industry 4.0 initiatives in fabrication processes.
Support M&A activities, joint ventures, and capital investment decisions in alignment with corporate goals.
Monitor and improve plant KPIs including throughput, OTD (on-time delivery), quality, utilization, and cost efficiency.
Create performance dashboards, enforce accountability, and lead operations reviews.
Set and monitor annual budgets, cost control programs, and financial goals.
Build a high-performing leadership team across plants and operational departments.
Promote a culture of safety, quality, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Mentor senior leaders and succession planning for critical roles.
Ensure operational alignment with project delivery requirements and customer expectations.
Participate in client meetings, contract reviews, and key project execution milestones.
Manage risk and escalate strategic issues impacting deliverables.

Education:
Bachelor's or Masterβs degree in Mechanical / Industrial / Manufacturing Engineering
MBA preferred (Operations or Strategy)

ISO/ASME/QHSE-related qualifications
Experience:
20+ years in manufacturing/fabrication operations, with at least 8β10 years at a senior executive level
Proven success in scaling fabrication operations across multi-location or multi-sector environments
