Job Title: Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a visionary and strategic Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to lead and oversee all aspects of the human resources function within our organization. This executive role will focus on aligning HR initiatives with business objectives, shaping a high-performing company culture, and ensuring that the workforce is effectively managed, developed, and engaged. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership experience, deep HR expertise, and a passion for building an inclusive and performance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership & Alignment:
    Develop and implement HR strategies that support the company's long-term goals and ensure organizational alignment.

  • Talent Management & Development:
    Lead company-wide talent acquisition, succession planning, and leadership development to build a strong talent pipeline.

  • Culture & Engagement:
    Drive employee engagement, foster a positive and inclusive work culture, and champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.

  • Compensation, Benefits & Compliance:
    Oversee fair and competitive compensation frameworks, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws and company policies.

  • HR Technology & Process Optimization:
    Deploy digital HR tools and systems to enhance data-driven decision-making and streamline HR operations.

  • Executive Collaboration & Reporting:
    Serve as a key advisor to the CEO and executive team, and report workforce performance and strategic HR insights to the board.

Required Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field

  • 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, with 5+ years in a C-suite or executive-level role

  • Demonstrated success in scaling HR practices in complex or multinational environments

  • Strong knowledge of labor law, HR policies, and executive leadership development

  • Financial acumen and ability to manage HR budgets and planning

  • Strategic thinker with a strong ability to influence at all organizational levels

  • Proven leadership, mentoring, and team-building capabilities

  • Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills

  • Proficient in using HR analytics, HRIS, and digital workforce tools
