The Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) – Mechanical Division is responsible for the overall commercial strategy, growth planning, and revenue performance of the mechanical business unit. This includes overseeing business development, sales, marketing, proposals, and strategic partnerships across product lines such as pumps, valves, turbines, HVAC systems, boilers, motors, and fabrication services. The CCO plays a key leadership role in driving profitability, market expansion, and long-term competitiveness in regional and global markets.
Define and execute the commercial vision, pricing strategy, and business growth roadmap for the mechanical division.
Align commercial objectives with engineering, operations, and financial goals to ensure sustainable, profitable growth.
Lead and manage regional and global sales teams, key account managers, and business development heads.
Monitor KPIs, client acquisition strategies, and high-value deal closures across all verticals.
Drive geographic and sectoral expansion (oil & gas, water, power, industrial) through strategic alliances, OEM partnerships, and JV development.
Identify new product lines, services, and channels to expand the company’s portfolio.
Oversee pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and commercial risk management.
Approve major proposals, bids, and framework agreements to ensure compliance with financial and legal standards.
Build long-term relationships with major clients, EPC contractors, consultants, and government agencies.
Represent the company at industry forums, investor meetings, and strategic events.
Work closely with Engineering, Projects, Finance, Supply Chain, and HR to support project execution, cost control, and talent development.
Support digital transformation and CRM integration for sales optimization and customer engagement.
Deliver regular performance reports, forecasts, and board-level updates on division performance, market position, and business risks.
Monitor market intelligence and competitor activity to adjust strategy proactively.
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Master’s in Business Administration or Strategic Management preferred)
15–20+ years of experience in mechanical product and solution industries with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
Proven experience in leading sales, commercial, and BD functions in multi-regional environments
Deep knowledge of mechanical systems (pumps, turbines, boilers, HVAC, valves, fabrication) and relevant industry standards (API, ASME, ISO)
Strong understanding of industrial procurement processes, project financing, and B2B client dynamics
Strategic leadership and commercial acumen
Large-scale business development and deal structuring
