CRM Analyst

Overview of the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented CRM Analyst to join our dynamic team in AE. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in analyzing customer data, optimizing customer relationship management strategies, and enhancing overall customer engagement. As a Mid-Level CRM Analyst, you will collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and IT teams to develop data-driven insights that inform strategic decision-making and improve the effectiveness of our CRM initiatives. Your expertise will contribute to delivering personalized customer experiences, increasing customer retention, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, analyze, and interpret customer data from various sources to identify trends, behaviors, and opportunities. Develop comprehensive reports and dashboards to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.
  • CRM Strategy Development: Assist in designing and implementing CRM strategies that align with business objectives. Utilize data insights to recommend targeted campaigns and personalized communication plans.
  • Campaign Management: Support the creation, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns within the CRM platform. Ensure campaigns are optimized for maximum engagement and ROI.
  • Segmentation & Personalization: Develop customer segmentation models to enable targeted marketing efforts. Collaborate with marketing teams to tailor messaging and offers to specific customer groups.
  • System Optimization: Maintain and enhance CRM systems to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and usability. Provide recommendations for system improvements and automation opportunities.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights. Facilitate training and support for CRM tools and processes.
  • Compliance & Data Privacy: Ensure all CRM activities comply with relevant data protection regulations and company policies, maintaining customer trust and confidentiality.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest CRM trends, tools, and best practices. Propose innovative solutions to enhance CRM effectiveness and customer experience.
