Overview of the Role

As a CRM Analyst, you will work closely with marketing, sales, and IT teams to ensure the effective utilization of CRM systems and tools. Your analytical expertise will contribute to optimizing campaigns, improving customer segmentation, and supporting the overall customer lifecycle management. The role requires a proactive mindset, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex data insights clearly to stakeholders at various levels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, analyze, and interpret customer data from various sources to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for targeted marketing campaigns. Develop and maintain regular reports and dashboards to monitor CRM performance metrics.
  • Customer Segmentation: Assist in creating and refining customer segments based on behavior, demographics, and engagement levels to enable personalized marketing efforts and improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Campaign Support: Collaborate with marketing teams to support the planning, execution, and evaluation of CRM campaigns. Provide insights and recommendations to optimize messaging, timing, and targeting.
  • System Maintenance & Data Integrity: Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of CRM data. Support the maintenance and improvement of CRM systems and processes.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and deliver actionable insights that support business objectives.
  • Market & Competitor Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities related to CRM and customer engagement to inform strategic initiatives.
  • Documentation & Compliance: Maintain documentation of processes, data standards, and best practices. Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and internal policies.
