We are looking for a Junior CNC Machinist to assist in the machining of precision valve components. This role involves operating CNC machines, conducting quality checks, and supporting production targets while learning advanced manufacturing practices. Ideal for candidates with technical training and a desire to grow in a precision engineering environment.
Operate CNC lathe and milling machines for valve part production.
Follow job sheets, drawings, and production instructions accurately.
Perform basic machine setup and changeovers with supervision.
Conduct in-process and final inspections using gauges, micrometers, and calipers.
Maintain machine cleanliness and report any operational issues.
Record production data and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Assist senior machinists and participate in on-the-job training.
Valve Component Machining:
Focused production of valve components such as bodies, seats, stems, and housings using CNC machines.
Dimensional Accuracy & Surface Finish:
Achieving precise tolerances and surface finishes as per engineering drawings and specifications.
Tooling & Setup Support:
Assisting in tool loading, offsets, and basic program input/editing under guidance.
Inspection & Quality Control:
Regular use of measuring tools to inspect critical dimensions and ensure defect-free output.
Process Improvement & Learning:
Continuously improving skills in CNC operations, reading technical drawings, and understanding machining cycles.
ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Fitter, or Machinist trade.
0–2 years of CNC machining experience (freshers can apply).
Basic knowledge of CNC machine controls (Fanuc, Siemens, or similar).
Familiarity with mechanical drawings and measuring tools.
Strong interest in precision manufacturing and teamwork.
