Lead, inspire, and manage a multi-tiered BD team to achieve ambitious revenue goals.
Formulate and execute strategic business development plans aligned with organizational objectives.
Identify new business opportunities, markets, and client sectors for sustainable growth.
Build and maintain senior-level client relationships, handling complex negotiations and contract closures.
Oversee proposal development, commercial offers, and partnership presentations.
Track and report on performance metrics, market intelligence, and competitor analysis.
Collaborate closely with executive leadership, marketing, and product teams for integrated business planning.
Coach and develop BD staff through structured mentoring and performance reviews.
