The Mid-Level Business Development Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the business development team, driving revenue growth, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring the successful execution of strategic initiatives. The role involves active client engagement, performance monitoring, and collaboration with internal departments to optimize sales outcomes.
Lead and manage a team of business development representatives to achieve targets.
Develop and implement short- and mid-term business development plans.
Identify new market opportunities, client segments, and strategic partnerships.
Oversee the preparation of proposals, bids, and presentations to potential clients.
Monitor KPIs, analyze sales performance data, and report insights to senior management.
Maintain high-quality client relationships and oversee account retention activities.
Provide coaching, mentoring, and regular feedback to team members.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align efforts.

Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients
