The Junior Business Development Supervisor will assist in executing strategic plans, overseeing lead generation activities, and supporting a small team to meet sales targets. The position involves hands-on client interaction, reporting, and contributing to team training and performance improvement.
Support the planning and execution of business development strategies.
Supervise daily activities of a small BD team; monitor performance and provide coaching.
Identify and engage prospective clients through calls, emails, and networking.
Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and follow-up communications.
Maintain CRM systems, ensuring accurate tracking of leads and opportunities.
Coordinate with marketing for lead nurturing and campaign alignment.
Prepare regular reports on BD metrics and present updates to management.
Participate in client meetings and help close smaller-scale deals.
