Job Summary

The Junior Business Development Supervisor will assist in executing strategic plans, overseeing lead generation activities, and supporting a small team to meet sales targets. The position involves hands-on client interaction, reporting, and contributing to team training and performance improvement.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and execution of business development strategies.

  • Supervise daily activities of a small BD team; monitor performance and provide coaching.

  • Identify and engage prospective clients through calls, emails, and networking.

  • Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and follow-up communications.

  • Maintain CRM systems, ensuring accurate tracking of leads and opportunities.

  • Coordinate with marketing for lead nurturing and campaign alignment.

  • Prepare regular reports on BD metrics and present updates to management.

  • Participate in client meetings and help close smaller-scale deals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

  • 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or team support roles

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Basic leadership or supervisory experience is a plus

  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)

  • Eagerness to learn, with a goal-oriented and proactive mindset
