The Senior Business Development Specialist is responsible for identifying high-value opportunities, leading end-to-end sales cycles, nurturing key accounts, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to support organizational growth. This role requires advanced client engagement skills, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to align business development activities with broader strategic goals.
Identify and secure new business opportunities through strategic prospecting and relationship building
Lead full sales cycles from lead generation and proposal development to negotiation and contract closure
Manage and expand relationships with key clients and partners
Develop and execute business development strategies that align with corporate objectives
Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, finance, and leadership teams
Represent the company at industry conferences, exhibitions, and strategic forums
Mentor junior BD team members and contribute to performance improvement

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
