Job Summary

The Mid-Level Business Development Specialist is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing the sales pipeline, nurturing client relationships, and contributing to the company’s growth strategy. The role involves cross-functional collaboration, detailed market analysis, and direct interaction with prospects and clients.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound outreach and networking

  • Manage the sales pipeline, qualify leads, and convert prospects into clients

  • Conduct in-depth market and competitor research to guide targeting efforts

  • Prepare tailored proposals, presentations, and commercial offers for clients

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients

  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align strategies

  • Track KPIs, generate performance reports, and present updates to management

  • Attend trade shows, networking events, and industry forums to represent the company

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

  • 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client management

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends and recommend solutions

  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
