The Mid-Level Business Development Specialist is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing the sales pipeline, nurturing client relationships, and contributing to the company’s growth strategy. The role involves cross-functional collaboration, detailed market analysis, and direct interaction with prospects and clients.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound outreach and networking
Manage the sales pipeline, qualify leads, and convert prospects into clients
Conduct in-depth market and competitor research to guide targeting efforts
Prepare tailored proposals, presentations, and commercial offers for clients
Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients
Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align strategies
Track KPIs, generate performance reports, and present updates to management
Attend trade shows, networking events, and industry forums to represent the company
