The Junior Business Development Specialist will assist the team in identifying new business opportunities, managing sales pipelines, and supporting the execution of marketing and outreach campaigns. The role involves daily interaction with potential clients, research tasks, and close coordination with internal teams.
Conduct research on potential clients, markets, and competitors
Support outreach efforts via emails, calls, and social media to generate leads
Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and client materials
Track leads and opportunities in the CRM system and update records regularly
Coordinate follow-ups and maintain communication with prospective clients
Help organize meetings, demos, and events to support business development goals
Provide administrative support to the BD team as needed
Lead generation and database building
Prospect outreach and initial client communication
Sales support and reporting
Market and competitor research
CRM updates and pipeline tracking
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
0–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related function
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce)
Willingness to learn and grow within a dynamic, target-driven environment
