The Senior Key Account Supervisor – Mechanical Business Development is responsible for managing high-value client relationships and driving strategic sales growth for mechanical products and solutions. This role focuses on end-to-end account ownership, from opportunity identification and bid coordination to project execution support and post-sales service. It involves working closely with EPCs, consultants, and industrial clients to promote offerings such as pumps, valves, HVAC systems, motors, turbines, and fabricated assemblies across oil & gas, power, water, infrastructure, and manufacturing sectors.
Act as the primary contact for strategic/key clients, ensuring consistent engagement and long-term relationship building.
Understand client goals, project pipelines, and procurement patterns to proactively align offerings.
Identify new opportunities within assigned accounts and coordinate with business development teams to qualify and pursue.
Track tender announcements, pre-qualification processes, and competitive positioning for targeted projects.
Oversee development and submission of technical-commercial proposals tailored to client needs.
Collaborate with engineering, estimation, procurement, and legal teams for pricing, compliance, and contract structuring.
Monitor awarded project progress, maintain communication with client teams, and support issue resolution.
Coordinate site visits, inspection support, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Maintain updated CRM records of all account activities, upcoming bids, revenue forecasts, and follow-up actions.
Provide senior management with strategic insights into account performance, risks, and growth potential.
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering (MBA is a plus)
6–8 years of experience in mechanical product sales, business development, or key account management
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems (e.g., pumps, valves, HVAC, motors, fabricated equipment) and industrial project cycles
Familiarity with GCC market dynamics, EPC contracting models, and project-based sales
Proficiency in CRM systems, technical proposal preparation, and commercial communication
Valid UAE/GCC driving license preferred
