The Junior Key Account Supervisor – Mechanical Business Development is responsible for supporting the development and management of key client accounts within the mechanical products and services sector. The role involves assisting in client relationship management, tracking project opportunities, coordinating proposals, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal technical teams. This entry-level position provides an excellent foundation in industrial sales, customer engagement, and project coordination.
Assist in managing assigned key accounts by maintaining regular communication and providing timely updates.
Support in building long-term relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors in sectors such as oil & gas, water, power, and construction.
Monitor active projects, tenders, and inquiries within assigned accounts or regions.
Keep CRM systems updated with client details, sales activities, and opportunity statuses.
Support the preparation of technical and commercial proposals by collecting client requirements and coordinating with estimation and engineering teams.
Ensure proper documentation and submission of RFQs and RFPs on time.
Coordinate internally with engineering, sales, logistics, and finance departments to follow up on order status, delivery timelines, and project execution.
Assist with scheduling meetings, site visits, and client presentations.
Prepare weekly sales activity reports and project status updates for review by senior business development staff.
Maintain organized records of client communication, contract documentation, and service records.
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Business
0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or account support in a technical or industrial field
Basic knowledge of mechanical products such as pumps, valves, HVAC systems, or rotating equipment is preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
Strong communication and organizational skills
Willingness to travel occasionally for site visits or client meetings
