  3. Project Leadership & Quality Assurance

    • Ensure technical accuracy, commissioning quality, and project timelines are met.

  4. Mentorship & Technical Development

    • Support career development of junior engineers and drive continuous improvement.

  5. Energy Optimization & Analytics

    • Utilize trend data, fault detection, and analytics tools to improve energy efficiency and occupant comfort.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Controls Engineering (Master’s preferred).

  • 7+ years of hands-on BAS/HVAC controls experience in commercial, industrial, or institutional projects.

  • In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems and complex control strategies.

  • Strong command of programming and configuration for at least one major BAS platform.

  • Expertise in networking, control protocols (BACnet, Modbus), and system architecture.

  • Experience leading project teams and mentoring junior engineers.

  • Excellent communication, technical writing, and client-facing skills.

  • Strong familiarity with ASHRAE standards, LEED, WELL, and energy codes (90.1, Title 24, etc.).
