Job Summary:

The Boiler Solutions Consultant (Junior Level) supports the technical and commercial evaluation of boiler system solutions. The role assists in identifying customer needs, preparing proposals, and coordinating basic engineering input for boiler-related systems such as steam boilers, hot water generators, economizers, and auxiliary components.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in evaluating customer inquiries and technical requirements for boiler systems and upgrades.

  • Support the preparation of boiler system proposals, including basic layout plans, datasheets, and technical offers.

  • Collaborate with senior consultants and engineering teams on boiler sizing, selection, and configuration.

  • Conduct site visits and gather operational data under supervision to support solution development.

  • Prepare and organize documentation such as quotes, datasheets, and client correspondence.

  • Maintain records of customer interactions, project requirements, and follow-ups using CRM tools.

  • Learn and understand relevant boiler codes and standards (e.g., ASME Section I, IBR, ISO).

  • Participate in internal product training and customer presentation sessions.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Power Engineering, or Energy Systems.

  • 0–2 years of experience in industrial boiler systems, utilities, or technical sales (internship/apprenticeship acceptable).

  • Basic understanding of steam systems, boiler operation principles, and combustion processes.

  • Familiarity with technical documentation, equipment manuals, and engineering drawings.

  • Good communication and MS Office skills.

  • Eagerness to learn boiler system design, efficiency solutions, and emission compliance strategies.

  • Interest in energy efficiency, sustainability, or process optimization.

  • Willingness to travel to industrial sites and support senior consultants during assessments.

  • Ability to work in a team and coordinate across departments.
