The Junior Automotive Assembly Technician supports the production team by performing basic assembly tasks on automotive components and systems. This entry-level role focuses on following assembly instructions, using hand and power tools, and ensuring quality and safety standards are met on the assembly line. The technician works under close supervision while gaining practical experience in automotive manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble automotive parts and components according to work instructions and blueprints.
Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively during assembly tasks.
Inspect components and assemblies for defects or deviations and report findings.
Assist with material handling and inventory management on the production floor.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area.
Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and quality standards.
Participate in training programs to develop assembly skills and product knowledge.
Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors promptly.
