The Senior Automation Maintenance Technician is responsible for leading maintenance activities on complex automated machinery and control systems. This role requires expert-level troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance skills, along with mentoring junior staff and collaborating with engineering teams to improve system reliability and uptime.
Lead preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of PLC-based automation systems and machinery.
Diagnose and resolve complex electrical, mechanical, and control system faults.
Manage and execute commissioning and startup of advanced automation equipment.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior and mid-level maintenance technicians.
Collaborate with engineering and operations teams on system upgrades, modifications, and root cause analysis.
Develop and maintain detailed maintenance procedures and documentation.
Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and company maintenance standards.
Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on automation system reliability and performance.
