As a Mid-Level Automation Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of automated machinery and control systems to ensure optimal production uptime. You will work independently and support junior technicians while collaborating closely with engineering and operations teams.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on PLC-controlled automation equipment.
Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and control system faults in manufacturing machinery.
Diagnose and repair issues related to PLCs, HMIs, sensors, actuators, and drives.
Assist in commissioning and startup of new automation systems and equipment.
Maintain and update maintenance documentation, including logs and reports.
Train and mentor junior maintenance staff.
Collaborate with engineers to implement system improvements and upgrades.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies during all maintenance activities.

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Automation, or Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent

Proficiency with PLC platforms (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley) and industrial automation components
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and lead junior technicians
