Job Title: Architect – Mid-Level

Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Mid-Level Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in architectural design, coordination with consultants, and participation in project delivery from concept to completion. The role requires a balance of technical expertise, design creativity, and project coordination skills.

• Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop architectural design concepts, schematic layouts, and construction documents.

  • Prepare detailed drawings and specifications using AutoCAD, Revit, or other design tools.

  • Collaborate with senior architects, consultants, and project teams to ensure design accuracy and intent.

  • Participate in site visits and inspections to monitor construction and resolve on-site design issues.

  • Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants to ensure integrated design solutions.

  • Assist in reviewing material submittals, shop drawings, and project specifications.

  • Maintain awareness of building codes, zoning laws, and regulations.

  • Manage small to mid-size projects or packages independently under minimal supervision.

  • Attend client and coordination meetings as required.

  • Required Skills & Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture (licensed or pursuing licensure preferred).

    • 3–7 years of experience in architectural design and documentation.

    • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and presentation tools.

    • Solid understanding of architectural detailing, materials, and building systems.

    • Familiar with local building regulations, codes, and permitting processes.

    • Strong design thinking with a portfolio demonstrating concept-to-detail work.

    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

    • Experience in sustainable design or LEED (preferred).
