We are looking for a motivated and hardworking Apprentice Mechanical Technician / Helper to assist in the maintenance and repair of mechanical systems across various industrial settings. This entry-level role is ideal for freshers or individuals with limited experience who are eager to build a career in mechanical maintenance, fabrication, and field servicing. You will work under the guidance of experienced technicians and engineers, learning hands-on technical skills and safety practices.
Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical equipment such as pumps, valves, compressors, and piping systems.
Support technicians during preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
Help in transporting, organizing, and maintaining tools, materials, and equipment on-site or in the workshop.
Observe and learn mechanical maintenance procedures, use of tools, and reading of mechanical drawings.
Participate in technical training and safety orientations as part of the apprenticeship program.
Help in cleaning and preparing mechanical components for inspection or assembly.
Perform basic tasks such as bolting, tightening, greasing, or labeling components under supervision.
Follow all safety protocols, wear appropriate PPE, and report unsafe conditions to supervisors.
Participate in toolbox talks and job safety briefings.
