We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting Manager to oversee and manage the day-to-day accounting operations of the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and leading a team of accountants. This role is essential in supporting financial reporting, audit readiness, and operational efficiency across the finance function.
Supervise daily accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, fixed assets, and bank reconciliations
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records in accordance with IFRS/GAAP standards
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
Coordinate and support internal and external audits
Maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures
Oversee the month-end and year-end closing processes
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities
Guide and mentor the accounting team to ensure high levels of performance and development
Liaise with other departments to resolve accounting issues and support business initiatives
Recommend and implement improvements to accounting processes and systems

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
Professional certification such as CPA, CA, or ACCA is preferred
Minimum of 6–8 years of accounting experience, including 2–3 years in a supervisory or managerial role
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and internal controls
Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks)
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Strong leadership and communication abilities
High attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
